Double sided, cleanable and reusable
Installation: Remove bolt from rubber surfaced drive plate. Place carbide disc on rubber drive plate. With rubber mallet, gently tap the center of the metal disc so that it conforms to the center surface of the drive plate. Secure the disc using existing bolt and washer until snug.
